1. Custom and Personalized Products
All items sold on Elition are customized or personalized for each customer. Due to their unique nature, these products are generally non-refundable and cannot be exchanged unless they meet one of the conditions below:
- Arrived defective or damaged
- Produced incorrectly due to our error
2. Reporting Issues
If your order arrives damaged or defective:
- Contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.
- Provide photos and a clear description of the problem.
- Our team will review the case and respond promptly.
3. Resolution
If your claim is approved, we will offer:
- Replacement: We will produce a corrected item at no extra cost.
- Refund: We may issue a refund to your original payment method for the affected product.
Note: Refunds typically take 7–10 business days to process depending on your payment provider.
4. Cancellations
Orders can only be canceled before production begins. Once customization has started, cancellation is no longer possible. Contact us immediately if you wish to cancel, and we will confirm whether it’s still possible.
5. Shipping Issues
- Elition is not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers, customs, or events beyond our control.
- If an item is lost in transit, we will work with the shipping provider to investigate and provide a resolution.
